( PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM )

  1. Penang Roadshow to India 2025 will be held from 13th to 21st January 2025 in four different cities namely Kochi, Chennai, New Delhi and Mumbai.
  2. I/We hereby abide by the terms & conditions that had been pre-determined by the Penang Convention & Exhibition Bureau. I/We understand that the organizers have in good faith taken every precaution to ensure the safety and security of all participants.
  3. I/We agree that we will be responsible for our transportation, meals, accommodation, and incidental expenses incurred throughout the trip and tradeshow.
  4. Participation as Exhibitor is open to solely to Malaysian tourism stakeholders.
  5. Only duly registered exhibitors are allowed to participate in the Penang Roadshow to India 2025 (Virtual Edition).
  6. Exhibitor must attach a copy of your tour operator license or hotel license with the application form in order to continue to registration process.
  7. Every one (1) company registered is entitled with only one (1) virtual tabletop.
  8. A max of two (2) representative in a company are allowed in each virtual tabletop, with one registered as the first delegate and second registered as a Co-delegate.
  9. Sharing a table between two (2) or more of different business organizations are NOT allowed.
  10. Registered representatives will be given an ID account to access all virtual programme and Pre-Schedule Appointments (PSA).
  11. PSA (Pre-Schedule Appointments) system is applicable to individual virtual tabletop upon successful selection of exhibitors.
  12. All registrations will undergo a selection process by the Organizing Committee. Only successful applicants will be notified.
  13. A full payment of the registration fee is required before the start of the tradeshow.

  15. Upon submitting registration, exhibitors are agreeable to adhere to the Terms & Conditions of Penang Roadshow to India 2025.

  1. Exhibitors are requested to complete the online application form via Penang Roadshow official website only.
  2. Space availability is based on first-come, first-served basis and are only limited to 30 companies.
  3. Registration fee is complimentary and is fully subsidised by the Penang Convention & Exhibition Bureau (PCEB). However, should there be any changes upon the application, please contact directly to the Exhibitor team at +604-261 6161 or email at info@penangroadshow.com.

  1. NO Cancellation is allowed after registration. A penalty fee of RM300 will be imposed for NO Show Exhibitors who failed to turn up at the event due to negligence on their part. It will be charged with a full cancellation fee and will have to pay for any related expenses that may be incurred as a result of this no-show.
  2. Should the selected exhibitors are unable to participate in Penang Roadshow to India 2025, the Organizing Committee must be informed minimum Fourteen (14) days prior to the event day. Failing which, exhibitors' participation and access to Penang Roadshow to India 2025 will be denied.
  3. A replacement of registered representative is permissible.

  • Please be in business professional attire throughout all sessions.
  • Respectively, all exhibitors must ensure they are equipped with stable internet connection, smooth/clear video streaming and audio quality in order to have an uninterrupted user experience throughout the duration of Penang Roadshow to India 2025.
  • Discussions must be strictly professional.
  • For optimal experiences, all exhibitors are advised to participate Penang Roadshow to India 2025 via computer or laptop with camera and microphone accessibility. Participating via portable devices such as smart phones, tablets & iPad are not encouraged, to avoid any technical difficulty.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to take necessary actions on any misuse of information, misconduct and other in appropriation detected throughout the duration of Penang Roadshow to India 2025
  1. Post Virtual Roadshow.
    • All exhibitors are required to fill up the survey form given by the Organising Committee. Your feedback is important for us to further improve future Penang Roadshow to India sessions.
    • Respectively, exhibitors are taking the full rights & responsibility to ensure fruitful efforts in Penang Roadshow to India 2025.
